By creating an account or using Weaver ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Weaver is operated by Weaver ("we," "us," or "our") and is available at studentweaver.com.
Weaver is a networking CRM designed for students. The Service allows you to organize and manage professional contacts, track follow-ups, record and summarize call notes, and optionally sync with your Gmail account to view communication history. Some features require a paid subscription.
Weaver is designed for college and university students and professionals. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Weaver, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data you input into Weaver, including contacts, notes, and any other content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data from our active systems within 30 days. Some data may persist in backups for a limited period before being permanently deleted.
If you choose to connect your Gmail account, you authorize Weaver to access your email data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect Gmail at any time through your account settings. Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Weaver uses AI (powered by OpenAI) to generate summaries of your call notes and, for Pro users, suggest relevant articles. When you use these features, the relevant content is sent to OpenAI for processing. AI-generated summaries are provided as a convenience and may not always be perfectly accurate. You should review AI outputs before relying on them.
Weaver offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select).

The Weaver name, logo, and all related branding, design, and code are the property of Weaver. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you create in Weaver.
Weaver is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weaver and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Weaver at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export before account deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Weaver after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
